Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Abide in God Boutique! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Please note that sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at abideingodboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packed and include your order number with the return package.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as for returns and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping.
